A Finnish Legal Tech Platform Seeking the Right Partners

Docue partnered with MMehr to identify suitable software partners in Germany that could help expand the reach of its contract and legal document automation platform. Rather than approaching the market broadly, Docue aimed to find companies with complementary software solutions and existing customer relationships that could create strong partnership opportunities.

What we did

MMehr supported Docue with a structured partner identification and outreach process focused on relevant software companies in Germany.

  • Partner Identification: We mapped companies whose software solutions and customer base aligned well with Docue’s platform and could benefit from integrating or offering automated contract solutions.
  • Targeted Outreach: MMehr introduced Docue’s solution to selected companies and initiated conversations around potential partnership models.
  • Opportunity Validation: Through these discussions, we helped assess the level of interest and identify partners with a genuine potential for collaboration.

The impact
