The food export company Nordic Breakfast wanted to organize a concept to present German consumers with exciting Nordic food brands and products.
About the collaboration:
In partnership with Nordic Breakfast, MMehr developed and successfully executed a three-month pop-up concept in St. Pauli, Hamburg, showcasing a curated selection of food products from Finland and Denmark. The initiative brought together over a dozen Nordic food brands, offering German consumers a unique taste of the Nordics.
The primary objective of the project was to gain firsthand insights into how German customers perceive and respond to these products. Throughout the pop-up’s duration, our team actively gathered customer feedback, helping brands refine their offerings for the German market. Additionally, the project served as a strategic platform to establish connections with potential distributors and business partners in the Hamburg area, laying the groundwork for future market expansion.
