Aarni partnered with MMehr to introduce its handcrafted wooden watches and accessories to the German market. With a strong focus on sustainability and Scandinavian design, Aarni aimed to build awareness among German consumers and establish relationships with boutiques and retailers that align with the brand’s premium positioning.

What we did

MMehr supported Aarni with a focused retail outreach strategy and the establishment of a local presence in Germany.

  • Retail Outreach: We identified and contacted hundreds of boutiques across Germany to introduce Aarni watches and explore opportunities for retail partnerships.
  • Showroom Establishment: MMehr supported the creation of a showroom in Dresden, providing a physical space where potential partners and retailers could experience the watches firsthand.
  • Market Introductions: Through targeted introductions, including connecting Aarni with a PR agency, we helped the brand build early visibility and relationships within the German lifestyle and retail space.

The impact

Through targeted outreach to boutiques and the establishment of a showroom in Dresden, Aarni was able to introduce its watches to the German retail market and secure placements in selected stores.
